Call our customer service line, 1-888-LIM-LINZ, (1-888-546-5469), weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, select 0 when the menu begins and reserve your seat directly with a LimoLiner customer service agent.  After hours, until 10 PM, an on-call manager will respond to emergency situations.  To activate the pager select option 9 on our phone system and leave your name, number and a brief description of your emergency.

Our Cancellation Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.

All changes to your booked itinerary must be made by phone. 

If you cancel or miss your scheduled trip a fully transferrable travel voucher with a six month expiration date will be issued to the booking name, for passengers listed..

Reservation dates may be changed at no cost with at least 48 hours hours notice prior to your scheduled departure.   Departure date changes, including no-shows, within 48 hours of your scheduled departure will incur a $15, ( $30 if we are sold out), rebooking fee per reservation.
