Call our customer service line, 1-888-LIM-LINZ, (1-888-546-5469), weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, select 0 when the menu begins and reserve your seat directly with a LimoLiner customer service agent.  After hours, until 10 PM, an on-call manager will respond to emergency situations.  Select option 9 on our phone system and leave your name, number and a brief description of your emergency.

Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to your reservation by telephone, mail or email, up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time will incur a charge of $20 per passenger. Cancellation or change made within 72 hours of departure will incur a charge of $40 per passenger.

Fares are Non-Refundable. When a journey is cancelled by the customer a Travel Voucher for the value of the fare will be issued in the name of the passenger and may be used against a future travel within 6 months. At the time of the new booking the cancellation fee for each passenger will be charged, as well as the difference between the paid fare and the new higher fare if applicable. Reservations to use a Travel Voucher must be booked by phone with LimoLiner Customer Service, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm at 1-888-546-5469. Voucher certificates are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers.

For cancellations of a journey within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time or in the event a passenger does not travel without notice, no refund or credit will be made.
