Privacy Policy
Limoliner uses any information you supply to us for legitimate business purposes only. We do not share this information with other entities except to conduct regular business, to comply with legal requirements, and to protect against fraud. Only authorized LimoLiner employees have access to stored information; personal use of this information is prohibited by company policy.

Resale of Mailing and Phone Number Lists
LimoLiner will not sell, lease, rent, loan, or trade lists of physical or email addresses or phone numbers.

Web Site Statistics
Our web server collects information that details the traffic on our site. We may analyze this information and use aggregate statistics to improve the content and navigation on our site. Statistics are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link these statistics to the individuals who browse our site. We do not share server statistics with third parties.

Exceptions
The above policies may be superseded by requirements or obligations imposed by statute, regulation, or legal process.

Framingham Parking

Customers parking their cars for at least one night in the Framingham Park & Ride Lot will be charged a flat $10 parking fee which will be added to their fare at the time of booking.  LimoLiner will then email a parking permit to the customer that must be displayed during the time the vehicle remains in the Framingham Park & Ride Lot, we hold no liability for any damage to any vehicles parked in the Framingham lot, also if a passenger fails to display a permit, LimoLiner is not responsible for any tickets or fines that might be given.

**Cancellation Policy**
Fares are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. A fee of $20 per person is applied to all reservation changes or cancellations greater than 72 hours from time of departure. Changes or cancellations within 72 hours of time of departure incur a $40 fee per passenger. Cancellations/changes made during business hours, may be made by phone or e-mail only.


When a journey is cancelled by the customer a Travel Voucher for the value of the fare will be issued in the name of the passenger and may be used against a future travel within 6 months.  At the time of the new booking the cancellation fee for each passenger will be charged, as well as the difference between the paid fare and the new higher fare if applicable. Reservations to use a Travel Voucher must be booked by phone with LimoLiner Customer Service, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm at 1-888-546-5469. Voucher certificates are for good for one-time use, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other vouchers. Once a trip is booked using a voucher certificate, it may only be changed (upon payment of the applicable change fee) for another trip on the same day.

For cancellations of a journey within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time or in the event a passenger does not travel without notice, no refund or credit will be made.
